Genuine Problem Returns

We strive to deliver healthy and thriving Rhizomes to your doorstep. However, if you encounter a genuine issue with your order, such as Rhizomes arriving seriously damaged, we are here to help. Please follow these steps:

  1. Report the Issue: Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at enquiries@speewahgardens.com.au or contact 0487720675.  Provide your order number and detailed photos of the affected Rhizomes.
  2. Assessment: We will assess the photos and information you provide to determine the best course of action.
  3. Resolution: If your Rhizomes are found to be seriously damaged upon receipt, we will offer you a replacement or a refund, based on your preference and availability.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Purchases

We understand that sometimes you may have a change of heart or make an incorrect purchase. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these reasons. Please double-check your order before finalizing your purchase to ensure it meets your needs.

Additional Information

  • All claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Refunds and replacements are only issued for Rhizomes that are found to be seriously damaged upon receipt, and not for minor cosmetic issues.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
